Each of the Vital Learning courses in the Leadership Essentials Series are available in the following versions:
- Classroom
- Online
- Blended (online course & workbook)
The online courses are broken down into 6-8 micro units which can each be completed in about 15 minutes or less. This allows learners to access a unit when they have a small chunk of time available and complete a course when it is convenient to do so.
RESOURCES: Each course offers resources the learner can download including reproducible forms that support the transfer of learning to the work team. Other helpful tools will also be available for download from inside the online course such as the trouble shooting guide
REINFORCEMENT: Learners can register to receive the Vital Boost reinforcement tool for 6 weeks following completion of the online course. Every Tuesday and Friday, learners get three multiple choice, scenario based questions to reinforce their learning and make it permanent. If learners are
Each course includes a health check which enables the participant to demonstrate their understanding through a scenario based final exam. Learners must pass the health check with an 80% to be able to access the course certificate.
