Leadership Essentials Facilitation Kit

The Vital Learning Leadership Essential Series offers a facilitator kit for each course that will get you out training quickly and effectively.  Each kit includes a completely scripted guide for running the session. Three different Powerpoint versions are included in the guide. You can choose from the Office, Industrial or Healthcare version to fit the work environment of your learners.  The flash drive contains letter templates for invitation, pre-work and post reinforcement messages. Extra content and tools that can be provided to the participants are also included in the facilitator kit. A trouble shooting guide and reproducible forms for implementing the skills learned are part of what is available in the kit. Additionally, the kit is the gateway for a facilitator to gain access to the Vital Hub where many resources are stored in the cloud for easy access from home or on the road.
