A Blended Course includes access for a full year to the online course and includes the corresponding workbook. When purchasing a course as a blended course, it cost less than if you were purchasing the two components individually. Clients choose a blended course for a number of reasons:
- The client does not have the full 4-4.5 hours for the classroom delivery, so learner's complete pre-work in the online course and come to the classroom to practice.
- By adding the online course to the classroom delivery, learner's get access to more tools, even when the full time is allocated for the classroom session.
- The client wants to organize the training into a spaced repetition process in small chunks over time using a combination of classroom and online.
- Clients enjoy asking learners to complete Healthcheck in the online course following classroom. The 80% pass rate for a certificate ensures learners review content not yet mastered.
